Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka

Chicken Thighs
Green Chilly Paste
Ginger Garlic Paste
Garam Masala
Red Chilly Powder
Kitchen King Masala
Mustard Oil
Coriander Powder
Hung Curd
Chicken Masala
Salt to taste

Prepare Chicken Tikka Step-by-Step

Marinate Chicken

Take boneless chicken thighs in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, red chilly powder and bit of mustard oil. Now mix all the ingredients for the first marinated step. After mixing, leave it aside for some time.

Separate Mixture with Hung Curd

Take yoghurt in a bowl, add salt to taste, red chilly powder, chicken masala, coriander powder, garam masala, kitchen King masala, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil and green chilly paste into the hung curd and mix it well. Now, take the first chicken marinated and put it in yoghurt mixture. Mix everything well with your hands. After mixing it well the Chicken Tikka mixture is ready. Now, refrigerate the Chicken Tikka mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.

Put Chicken Tikka in Tandoor or Grill

After 10 to 15 minutes, take out the Chicken Tikka Mixture from refrigerator. Put the Chicken Tikka pieces on a skewer. Place the skewer inside tandoor or on grill and close tandoor’s lid for 10 minutes. After that take out the skewer from the tandoor.

Serve the Chicken Tikka

Now you can serve the Chicken Tikka with kachumbar salad and lemon slice. On the sizzling hot Chicken Tikka put some lemon juice, coriander leaves and chat masala to add more flavor and taste.
